Career Connections is the employment division of Arc Herkimer, providing supports and services through a number of different programs that assist people in their career journey.
Career exploration, work readiness training, job application assistance, and supported community employment are just a few of the services that Career Connections offers.
Additionally, Career Connections is the recipient of a national award for job placement through Project SEARCH®. We have also been recognized several times locally for our community service. Our strong partnerships with various employers, and the dedication of our staff contribute to the success of our mission which is linking people to employment.
